This Low Temperature Stirling Engine comes as a kit for you to assemble. The main components of the kit are made from aluminium and perspex.

With a bit of care you can follow the instructions to assemble your own Stirling Engine, and get it to run on a hot cup of water.

It took us about 2 hours in total to assemble from scratch, so you'll need some time, a few tools and careful fingers, but we think the reward is worth it.
